Camping Cake

My husband and I love to go camping.  I made this cake for his birthday.

The candles were hidden in the campfire.  Once lit, it looked like a real camp fire.

This Elvis Cake was for Carlos, who was leaving the building, er, his job. 

Flower Pot Cake

This Flower Pot cake was made for my Mother-In-Laws birthday.  She loves flowers and gardening, so this was a perfect choice!

Under the Sea Birthday Cake

This Under the Sea cake was made for Juli's 5th birthday.  She wanted an Under the Sea cake, not just Ariel since there would be boys there and "boys like 'under the sea' stuff, not just princesses."

Luau Birthday Cake

This Waterfall / Tropical cake was made for Josephine's 75th birthday luau.  It was complete with a tiny Tiki bar on top.

Bunny Birthday / Easter Cake

Livi's birthday falls very close to Easter, sometimes on Easter.  This cake was made for Olivia's 2nd Birthday. How adorable is that?

Nonna doesn't just make cakes.  Her creativity extends far beyond that.  She also made this adorable little butter lamb to go with Easter dinner.

Winnie the Pooh - 1st Birthday Cake

This Winnie the Pooh cake was made for Olivia's 1st Birthday.  If you look closely at the top of the cake, you will see that there is a picture of Olivia on the cake so it looks like she is playing with Pooh and friends in the Hundred Acre Woods.  The "Hunny Pot" was her smash cake.

Blues Clues Birthday Cake

This Blues Clues birthday cake was made for a special little girl's 3rd birthday.  It could also have been a 1st birthday cake, the little 3 and paw print cakes would have made great smash cakes.

Christening Dress Cake

This cake was created in September of 2007 for sweet little Olivia's Christening.  It is a little hard to see from this angle, but the Christening Gown on the cake, drapes over the side and hangs down the cake.
